At Morbus Technologies Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality services in software development, healthcare IT, SaaS solutions, and digital platforms. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are handled.
1. General Policy
All payments made to Morbus Technologies Private Limited are considered final. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- No refunds will be provided once the project has been initiated, work has commenced, or resources have been allocated.
This applies to all service types, including but not limited to:
- Software development
- Mobile/web application projects
- System integration (e.g., ABHA, ABDM API, HIMS)
- Platform subscriptions or onboarding
- Custom healthcare IT solutions
2. Refunds Are Only Considered If:
- The client cancels the service before any work has started
- There is a duplicate payment made in error
- A clear billing error has occurred on our part
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Partial project work or milestones
- Setup or consultation fees
- Payments for design, documentation, or concept work
- Monthly/annual subscription charges once invoiced or activated
- Delays caused due to client’s lack of communication or approvals
4. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)
To submit a valid refund request (only before work begins), email us at contact@morbustech.com with the following:
- Subject: “Refund Request – [Your Project Name or Invoice Number]”
- Full name and contact number
- Reason for the refund
- Transaction reference/UPI/Order ID
We will review your request within 7 working days and respond accordingly.
5. Processing Time
- If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7–15 business days
- It will be returned to the original mode of payment
- We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed
6. Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City, e.g., Delhi, Noida, etc.].
